OneKey Virtual Care Check-In is a visual confirmation that your loved one is in the home. We conduct visual confirmations every 4 hours (7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm, 3am), alerting you immediately if they are not within view during the daytime checks (11am-7pm). In such cases, we diligently monitor for 5 minutes and take note of any concerns. For the second daytime check-in, if your loved one remains out of sight, we promptly execute your designated OKVC Care Plan, reaching out to your family members to ensure their safety. During nighttime hours (11pm-7am), if your loved one is not in view, we continually monitor their whereabouts. If they do not return within 30 minutes, we immediately activate your family's specified OKVC Care Plan.
