OneKey Virtual Care is specifically designed for adults and their caregivers looking for additional support and oversight to ease the cost and burden of looking after an adult. OneKey is also used to provide data and insights on how to best manage caring for an adult. OneKey’s remote monitoring technology is best utilized for:

OneKey’s technology complements but cannot replace the physical assistance needed with transferring, ambulating, toileting, bathing, dressing, and eating.

Yes. OneKey Virtual Care is designed for use wherever you call home.

The OneKey system can be modified to suit your needs. If you live in a large home with multiple spaces, for example, we may recommend a larger system with 6 cameras. Whereas, if you live in a 1 or 2 room setting in a facility, we may recommend a smaller system with 1-2 cameras.

OneKey Virtual Care is able to service individuals without Wi-Fi in their homes and in areas with limited access to Wi-Fi.

OneKey operates over secure cellular connections. By utilizing the five major cellular networks, OneKey ensures privacy, security, and limits service interruptions.

OneKey offers free white glove installation to all customers.

The installation process is designed to be quick and easy. OneKey’s virtual care experts are trained to install the OneKey system in a clean and discrete manner.

Installation typically takes 90 minutes for our trained professionals, depending on how many cameras and routers your home requires.

We will schedule installation at a time that is most convenient for you.

Improving quality of care and quality of life is exceptionally important to OneKey’s team.

That’s why OneKey sends you behavioral information, which is highly useful to healthcare providers.

You will receive regular reports on how often a client eats, uses the restroom, and exits the home, as well as reports on time spent sleeping, time awake in bed, awake in a chair, and ambulating.

OneKey also reports information on emergencies and any time a OneKey virtual caregiver needs to reach the client’s designated care plan contact or emergency services.

You will receive a monitoring report every week.

OneKey offers reports via email or mail and you can choose who the report is sent to.

OneKey Virtual Care is a HIPAA-friendly system. OneKey is going through the process to become certified HIPAA compliant and currently follows all best practices and protocols to keep patient information secure.

OneKey Virtual Care is a full-service system designed to give you peace of mind and ease the burden of looking after a loved one.

As a result, OneKey monitors all activity and cameras for you. OneKey keeps real-time data accessible only to OneKey’s professional virtual caregivers.

Currently, OneKey does not retain video clips for later use. OneKey keeps records of all activity, which you can request access to within 30 days.

OneKey uses the QuickBooks Online Invoicing platform, which allows you to pay via credit card, check, or electronic payment.
